VIP CMHC is looking for motivated, organized and flexible individuals who have the ability to collaborate and work as an active member of a large clinical team. Compensation is very competitive with great benefits. All clinical staff receive excellent support and supervision from a licensed LCSW, LMFT or psychologist. We have a wonderful facility and an administrative team that listens to the needs of the therapists and supports them in all their duties.

We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

BILINGUAL CLINICAL THERAPIST (Full-time, Salary DOE) The Bilingual Clinical Therapist provides crisis intervention, intake assessment and some on-going individual /group therapy. Collaborates closely with HUB multidisciplinary team regarding short term and long term treatment planning and placement for clients. Must be licensed MFT, MSW, Clinical Psychologist Ph.D./Psy.D. for 2+ years. Working knowledge of DMH & DCFS systems, documentation & population experience required. Direct crisis intervention experience is critical. TF-CBT training by LAC DMH or CiMH preferred. Bilingual Spanish is preferred. Work schedule will include some evening hours until 8pm weekdays.
