A group of committed and compassionate students from the USC Keck School of Medicine have decided to take off their lab coats and put on their painter's smocks in order to come down and spend time doing arts and crafts with VIP kids. Once a month they arrive in the office loaded down with construction paper and crayons, glue and glitter and set up a wonderful workshop for the children. For each visit they plan a new activity designed to engage and challenge the children's creativity and imagination. And they have a lot of fun! The kids look forward to a break in their routine and the opportunity to challenge themselves and make something on their own.
Thank you to the students for volunteering their time and for encouraging kids to be kids!
