The Los Angeles County Elder Abuse Forensic Center is a multidisciplinary team of professionals that protects vulnerable elders and dependent adults from abuse and neglect. With a generous grant from the Archstone Foundation, the Los Angeles County Elder Abuse Forensic Center will be established at LAC+USC Medical Center. The Forensic Center will engage multiple county and community-based agencies in an effort to increase prosecution rates against perpetrators, and to increase the capacity and availability of services to elderly and dependent adult victims in Los Angeles County.
