The Community-Based Assessment and Treatment Center (CATC) - Primary Care for Children in Foster Care

The Community-Based Assessment and Treatment Center (CATC) is a full service clinic that provides ongoing medical services, case management, developmental assessments and mental health services.

The CATC serves children ages 0-18 under DCFS supervision, most importantly, children who are a heightened risk for abuse and neglect, including those with complex medical or psychiatric problems that require special treatment and monitoring.

Please download a copy of a CATC brochure for a complete description and list of services.
