VIP Online - November 2009

When VIP decided to expand into a new building several years ago and create a space for mental health services, we chose to christen this new home the S. Mark Taper Foundation Family Advocacy Center. Every now and then we are reminded just what "family advocacy" can mean. This month we are happy to share the story of how Elisabeth and her children advocated for one another and their futures, and have made us all very proud to have been with them on their journey.

The holiday season is a special time around VIP. And the best part is turning our offices into Santa's workshop for our Annual VIP Gift Drive! Once again we are collecting gifts for all of our clients - just a little something so parents can make sure their children have one present to open, a thoughtful item to let seniors and caregivers know someone is thinking of them this time of year.

Join us in spreading the spirit of hope at the holidays and participate in this year's Gift Drive.
